The data collected through e-mail formacion@yunbit.es for information and/or participation in TRAINING offered by Yunbit, will be treated with the purpose of managing the request of those interested in the training actions given by the company.

The contribution of the data is based on the consent of the person Concerned, being voluntary, specific, unequivocal and informed consent.

3. Legitimation for the processing of your data

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent given voluntarily by the Interested party.

4. Communication of data and international transfers

The data collected by YUNBIT through your web page will not be communicated to third companies.

However, YUNBIT account with the collaboration of third party service providers to have access to your personal data and to treat those data in the name and for the account of YUNBIT as a result of your provision of services. YUNBIT will treat all personal data accessed under the strictest confidentiality, applying the security measures, technical and organizational, that correspond according to the applicable law.

Users are informed that no automated decisions will be made, nor shall draw up profiles. In some cases we will be able to develop a “commercial profile” based on the information provided. 8. How long will we keep your data?

The corresponding data to your application information, product listing, query, contact and request a demo will be retained for a maximum period of two years to manage a possible business relationship.

The data of the candidates for the selection process, received via e-mail seleccion@yunbit.es will be kept for the period of one year.

Personal data, in addition, may be conserved during the time that may be required any type of liability deriving from a legal obligation, for the performance of a contract or the implementation of measures pre-contractual requested by the Interested party.

9. How have we obtained your data?

The data processed by YUNBIT are those which the data subject has voluntarily provided to YUNBIT through the completion of the corresponding form.

The Spanish Agency of Data Protection has the function of ensuring the compliance of the legislation and the monitoring of its implementation.

Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this website. Yunbit SL reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time and without prior notice. The revisions will apply only to information collected after the publication.
